Chammy — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Chammy account and the personal data associated with it, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open Chammy and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in:

1. Email support@chammy.cloud from the email address linked to your Chammy account (the Google, Facebook, or Apple email you signed in with).
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Chammy account".
3. We will verify that you control the account (we may send a confirmation email) and then delete it. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and will confirm by email when done.

If you signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email," send the request from that relay address or include your Chammy account email as shown in the app's Account tab.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data we hold about you:

• Your account record (email address, sign-in provider identifiers, account metadata)
• All body photos and garment photos you uploaded
• All data derived from your photos (cutouts, pose landmarks, garment attributes and colors)
• All looks, try-on previews, sticker cards, custom skins, sets, and CHAM sets
• All share-link pages you created and their image copies (the links stop working)
• All usage-analytics events recorded for your account (see Privacy Policy §3.6)
• Your session tokens (you will be signed out everywhere)

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups: residual copies in secured backups are purged automatically on the backup rotation cycle, within 90 days of deletion.
• Aggregate statistics: fully anonymous counters (for example, how many times a catalog skin has been tried on across all users) contain nothing that identifies you and are not deleted.
• Legal records: if we are required by law to retain a specific record (for example, correspondence about a legal claim), we keep only that record, only for the legally required period.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign in again after deletion, a brand-new, empty account is created.

Deleting individual data without deleting your account

Inside the app you can at any time:

• Delete individual body photos (Account → body photo library)
• Delete individual garment photos (wardrobe)
• Delete individual looks / sticker cards (CHAM-BER)
• Delete your sets, and remove any share link you created (the shared page and its image copies are deleted immediately)
• Delete your custom skins

Deleting an item removes its files and derived data from our servers.
