Chammy — Community Guidelines

Last updated: 2026-07-19

Chammy is your private styling space. Everything you upload and create is visible only to you — but because the app processes photos of real people and lets you export AI-generated images, clear rules still matter. These Guidelines are part of the Terms of Service; breaking them can lead to content removal or account termination.

The rules

  1. Upload only photos of yourself. Body photos must be of you, and body-photo features are for adults only — at least 18, and at least 20 if you live in Thailand (see the Terms of Service). A photo of another person is allowed only if they are an adult who gave you clear permission. Never upload photos of anyone under 18 — including your own children.
  2. Keep it decent. No nudity or sexually explicit imagery, in uploads or in composed sticker cards and exports. Chammy is a fashion app: normal clothed photos, swimwear/underwear only where genuinely necessary for fitting purposes and never explicit.
  3. No harmful content. No content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, discriminatory, or that promotes illegal activity or self-harm.
  4. Respect other people's rights. Don't upload images you don't have the right to use (other people's photography, watermarked or copyrighted images, branded artwork you don't own).
  5. Use AI outputs honestly. Try-on images are AI-generated approximations. Once you export them, don't use them to deceive, impersonate, defame, or harass anyone, and don't present them as real photographs where that would mislead or harm.
  6. Don't abuse the Service. No attempts to bypass rate limits or upload restrictions, probe security, scrape data, spam the system, or interfere with other users.

Zero tolerance

We maintain zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content involving minors in any inappropriate context is removed immediately, the account is permanently terminated, and where the law requires, reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting and enforcement

  • Report content or behavior that violates these Guidelines to support@chammy.cloud (and via in-app reporting where available). Include a description and, if possible, a screenshot.
  • We review reports promptly and aim to act on verified safety-critical reports within 24 hours.
  • Enforcement is proportionate: warnings and content removal for minor issues; immediate permanent termination for serious violations (rules 1–3 above in their severe forms).
  • If you believe we removed your content or restricted your account in error, you can appeal at support@chammy.cloud.

Changes

We may update these Guidelines as the app evolves; the version at https://chammy.cloud/legal/community-guidelines is always current.
